Applying to Partner with Timeleft
There are two ways restaurants can become a partner:
- Apply directly: On our website, you’ll find a partnership application form where you can share key details about your restaurant. We’ll ask for things like location, capacity, cuisine, and contact information. Once submitted, our team reviews your application and typically follows up within a few weeks.
- Be discovered by our team: In some cases, a Timeleft city manager may come across your restaurant and reach out directly if it looks like a strong fit for our community dinners.
What We Look For in a Timeleft Partner Restaurant
To make sure our dinners are welcoming, engaging, and social, we select restaurants that meet a few important criteria:
- Ambience: A space that’s not too loud, with seating that encourages conversation and a warm, welcoming energy.
- Reputation: A minimum 4.2 rating on Google Reviews to ensure consistently positive experiences.
- Location: A centralized spot within the city or zone to make access easier for guests.
- Style: Independent and hyperlocal restaurants are ideal. We avoid large chains in favor of venues that reflect the character of the city.
- Reliability: Consistent service standards and the ability to comfortably host small groups of 6–8 diners.
When restaurants meet these qualities, they’re not just serving food, but helping to create meaningful connections between strangers who might never have met otherwise.
