At Timeleft, we believe that open communication and mutual respect help us build lasting partnerships with our restaurant venues. Guest feedback plays an important role in understanding how each dinner experience went and ensuring consistent quality across all Timeleft events.
How Feedback Is Collected
After each dinner, guests are encouraged to leave feedback about their overall experience. This includes the restaurant’s service, food, and atmosphere. This information helps our team identify what went well and what could be improved.
When You’ll Hear from Us
If there are any major issues reported by guests, the City Manager responsible for your area will reach out directly to discuss what happened and how we can resolve it together. The goal is to quickly understand the situation and prevent similar issues in future dinners.
Contacting Timeleft About Feedback
If your restaurant would like to review feedback or has questions about specific comments, you’re always welcome to contact your City Manager. They can provide context, clarify guest notes, and share recommendations for improvement.
Maintaining Partnership Standards
We value every restaurant that partners with Timeleft and want each collaboration to succeed. However, if a restaurant consistently receives negative feedback or fails to provide the level of service expected at Timeleft dinners, we may decide to end the partnership to protect the overall guest experience.
Our goal is to work collaboratively to create welcoming, enjoyable dining experiences for every guest, and we appreciate your commitment to helping make that possible.
